Dildo is firm but flexible so it'll move with your body. It's solid all the way through so it's not very squishy. The suction cup works pretty good, I reckon it'll work work on any smooth surface. We bought The chair to help us with age and bad knees. The event started off innocent enough.. then things went bad. We were both excited to try it out and were definitely ready to go. My girlfriend got on top. The chair combined with the wobbling of the bed it started getting really wonky. Then she started laughing, uncontrollably. I was concerned she was going to fart.
